Voice surgery is good if you wanna sound like Mickey Mouse for the rest of your life.
Voice training works 10x better in the long run and you'll expand your vocal range.

The reason they sound bad is because they don't train their voices and just expect VFS to fix everything, kinda like how FtMs who don't train their voices just end up sounding like fags. The pitch increase from VFS can actually help in some cases (flawless laughing, sneezing, coughing, etc)

Couple wanted voice surgery but they also planed to get it with Srs so make of that what you will.

Voice exercises could be usefull but it takes too much time to switch between male female voices and I like boy voice, so won't get rid of mine
