Ok folks, I feel compelled to share my pictures since there has been a lot of talk about how ineffective FFs is. I am living proof that FFS can change your life. I went from attractive male to attractive female thanks to FFS. God bless my surgeon. I now pass pretty well except for my voice, but I am working on it with a coach. A picture is worth a thousand words.

I got FFS 5 days ago (brow reduction and jaw muscle botox)

Anyway here's me with a head bandage on from 2 days ago, I'm surprised I'm not more swollen and bruised, been taking arnica tablets which I thinks helped

Who did the surgery and at what hospital? Also do your facial expressions and jaw movement still look/feel natural or do they have that nasty plastic look to them?

Yee, botox takes some time to kick in though
Sadly my brow is swollen more so it looks like how it did before FFS, but after a few weeks (or even a month or 2) the results should shine through
