As mentioned before, there are a lot of white girls from Tumblr jumping on the trans bandwagon, which inflates the number quite a bit, but usually they don't transition and just call themselves snowflake pronouns.

But, on the other hand, the easier access to the hormones and blockers required for transition, along with the most accepting society in history, means that alot of trannies can come out.
