Wow I think your passable but that also depends on your body but Try deep conditioning your hair twice a week (leave conditioner in hair for an hour) and Start straigtening your hair in sections. Then at the ends make your hair wavyish my turning the Straightener.

Thanks. I will try deep conditioning. Tbh my hair looks kind of dry there because I just got out the shower and I don't have my normal shampoo/conditioner and I towel dried it. But I will definitely give deep conditioning a try. and I try to straighten my hair but It just ends up with some parts being wavey and others being just retarded lol. I guess I just need patience and practice

I'm actually looking to get a haircut myself since I'm heading to work with a professional firm. Was kiinda hoping for a more tomboy-ish look to go with my trappiness. Maybe something like pic related, but I don't have a way to show that to the hairdresser without explicitly asking for a girl's hairstyle. Anything you can advise? How'd you get to grow your hair?

no no no. thats not good for your hair. Either start flipping your hair into a tshirt to dry, or buy a microfiber towel for drying your hair.

This is really good advice. I use a 100% cotton tshirt to flip my hair into and it's much healthier and silkier than it was before. It's also cleaner and less heavy than towels.
