I don't actually watch anime, but I think maybe Prunus Girl and Akuma-chan might have gotten made into animes. Both are really cute.

Prunus Girl has the crossdresser openly presenting as a crossdresser and he keeps getting the MC to be affectionate, it's extremely cute.

Akuma-chan is borderline hentai with a succubus (male) showing up and saying that he really loves the MC and decided to show up as male rather than pretending to be female. I don't know whether it kept getting translated, but it was also quite cute.
