I know there is FUE available but the results are not so convincing. Do you know about stem cells use in hair transplants for MTFs?
Sadly there isn't anything that's not 10000% obvious. I've looked.

Depends on the surgeon. Check out Dr. Raymond Konior in Chicago. Most realistic surgeon in the US. Better than Hasson & Wong or Alexander by far.
Modern day FUE and FUT are just fine if you go to the right surgeon, and they're your only options, if you take dutasteride along with your hrt you could get some hair back, but if you have significant loss you'll most likely need transplants. And no there's nothing available using stem cells yet. Just research docs before you go to them.
Raymond konior. He used to be an FFS surgeon.
Also Dr Gabel

I don't know if he was worth anything as an FFS surgeon, but as a hair transplant surgeon, he's a fucking artist. Can match any cowlick, hair sworl, and hairline.

HASCI
don't fall for the FUE/FUT meme

HASCI is FUE you dumb idiot, they just transect the follicle and leave half of it hoping it survives,
Most of the time it dies and the best results have the surviving follicles growing at 50% density.
You're the one falling for memes

Definitely saving for him. I was butchered by Dr Pathomvanich and need a repair. 1800 grafts and literally less than 100 grew
is the whole "forehead advancement" thing in FFS basically a hackjob way of doing a "hair transplant"

That's a scalp advance. It's fine if you don't have a widows peak or anything has better density than a transplant in one session

You haven't looked hard
