In reality you need less of everything. Every race on the planet should be easily below a 1.0 birth rate if the human race is to survive. In the face of automation we should be at around a 0.2-0.5 birthrate on average on a bad day.
Automation isn't just a meme, it is a thing, it's not like it's the "future" it has already happened. People need to stop letting boomers control politics because they literally think automation isn't a thing despite the fact that the very factories they used to work in with like 2000 other people are now about 5 people and 2000 robots.

But overall immigration needs to be chopped. Australia's immigration is probably the best example with Canada rounding out second place. They favour exclusively skilled immigrants and only award permanent residence if you prove yourself as job creator rather than job taker. Over 60% of Canada's immigrants have a bachelors degree or higher for example.
