How doth a twink improve doth ass? I want to improve mine for my bf (distance) so I have a good while of time. Mine is like a jiggle butt but it's more petit than large. I don't have much muscle mass and preferably wouldn't aim for any more because the idea of me being muscular is gross.
Should I do a slight estrogen supplement? Eat a diet of soy? Sprints up hills?

Walking, especially up stairs and slopes, and/or while pushing things.
Thinking your legs are going to look muscular from doing a few squats is super disrespectful to people who work hard as hell to get definition. Excersizing, and especially squats are good for the body in general. Muscle gain to that degree won't be anything you achieve by doing normal, nominal excersize.
Take stairs 2 at a time
Do squats
Take estrogen
