Actually, I didn't even read your post properly. Lacking in testosterone or oestrogen can cause that kind of effect. You should really get on a low dose of oestrogen at least. Time spend off it is feminisation you're permanently denying yourself. There won't be visible effects for a while, and when there are your family won't notice so easily since they'll have been seeing it happen gradually, rather than it being a sudden contrast.
