What is there to admit? You can just gradually present in a more feminine manner and they don't have to do anything about it. At least until the point where you're going clearly beyond the "just a feminine male and totally not a tranny or anything" threshold around them, if you choose to go that far (and in that case you at least will have eased them into it).

Fatness and hariness can be fixed. If you want you could even have permanent hair removal.

Yeah I guess that's true. I can lose weight but with the amount of body hair I have below the waist, I couldn't just shave it. Estrogen does not affect your current voice. Only keeps it from getting worse. Voice is easily naturally trainable.

I don't think I'm very well qualified to give you fashion advice unfortunately. I'd suggest not focusing too much on specifically making it feminine, and instead just getting what you like; really, being feminine is only incidental to being comfortable with yourself. Plus, trying not to worry about being noticed or judged so much is important to work on. For clothing that isn't particularly fitted, there are a lot of things meant for women that will work for men and pass for mens' clothing (or are actually unisex but just marketed specifically), and vice versa.

Yeah, it makes me look way more feminine, but I still like having it back more. My face looks way more masculine but I kinda like it. I dunno, I've always had a thing for androgyny.
