Yeah I don't know, to me it sounds more like you are at least bi, and likely AGP as opposed to Trans. That said, a lot of AGPers will transition, though it is worth noting that HRT doesn't affect a cis brain the same way as a trans brain, so there may be some wacky side effects.

That is hard to say... Also, there are other tells too. Testosterone can do funny things to the feminized brain. We are talking potentially: chronic masturbation, insane levels of anxiety, overly dominant behavior, aggression.

Wanting to look like a woman is not the same as being trans. AGP is basically a fetish for wanting to look like a woman and be sexualised like a woman, which is fine. Some transgirls are AGP, but not all AGP are trans. The reason it is important to make this distinction is because HRT will seriously fuck with your brain chemistry if you are not even partially cross-sexed neurologically. It is easy to look at the MtF trans scene and think it is all about turning yourself into a cute girl... but this isn't even close to reality.

HRT is essential for stabilizing the brain chemistry which is necessary to resolve the anxiety that is created by having a brain that is kind of disassociated from the body. Essentially the individual is sexed and the gender doesn't align with that sex, so the brain is receiving the wrong sexed hormones. This is also why behavioral issues tend to peak in puberty for transfolk, as the individual is suddenly overflowing with the wrong hormones. This is obviously a gross oversimplification, but I am sure you get the gist.

So before you go looking for reasons to transition, you want to really try and figure this one out: are you a girl or do you just really want to be one?

The difference may seem subtle, but it is essential that you figure it out first.

Not true, there's plenty of boys who don't want anything more than to fuck(and sometimes be fucked) by a tranny. Like if you actually had experience dating/hooking up as a tranny you'd know this.

I also wouldn't necessarily say this is true(especially if you live in a more liberal area).

I've never had trouble dating post transition and I don't quite pass entirely, there are men and women chasers desperate for tranny sex, and there's plenty of ordinary men and women entirely okay with having actual relationships with trannies. Like unless you're an elderly giga hon(and I've even seen some of those with boyfriends) or live in a bad area dating issues really isn't a good reason not to transition.
