You'd probably be almost exactly the same in most of them anyway. The whole multiple realities thing is just our world but with very slight deviations. Just try to enjoy your life and stop worrying about what you don't have.

no, that's not how theoretical physics works, the possibility of a multiverse existing doesn't mean it does exist, it doesn't mean we understand the way exists, and it doesn't mean it exists in an alternate reality other than the one we live in
