Take student loans and spend it on surgery instead of school. You can take out a whole lot more than tuition. Also a better investment than college.

If you're serious about getting FFS then go to school, major in something lucrative like computer science or finance (but you're an ugly tranny so avoid finance and go into CS, tech companies high fresh grads and pay high salaries like nobody's business). If OP showed any sign of mental maturity I would suggest they get grants and student loans to pay for FFS now, while also working full-time and going to school full time. It would be a grueling 4 or 5 years, but if they were truly serious about it all they would have their FFS, get a good degree, and find a good job to pay off all that debt and live happily ever after.
