My measurements used to be 31" (or maybe it was 32") and 41" at 185 lbs, then 31" and 39" at 165 lbs, and now it seems to be 30" and 40" at 175 lbs. Hormones will improve your shape to SOME degree, so don't worry too much.

That's lucky. I'm literally a plank. I've got a 30" rib cage, 29/30"ish waist, and maybe like 33-35" hips if I measure right over top my ass. My high hip is same as the others, roughly 30".
Not even fat either, pretty skinny. I'm like 5'9" 120lbs.

If you're young enough it will affect your bones as well
But otherwise it's just fat redistribution.

I guess maybe in the very long term hormones alter bone resorption and desorption so maybe it slightly alters bone shape, but it'll be generally unnoticeable since just simply aging alters your bone shape more.
