I went to Bart, he is ok. But I remember that day after my surgery there was an operation on 52 old trans women, a very nice person with manly voice, but nice non less. She got complication during surgery and the ambulance had to take her to the hospital near by. She was in coma for week AFAIR.

Then I heard someone die soon after this event. Don't know if it was her or not. I hope not.

Shit happen. If you have to do FFS do it while young.

Technically I am(agp scum), just only moderately dysphoric and less delusional than the typical tranny. Blanchard believed that a man's hetero and AGP orientations compete with each other. I'm hetero enough still to feel fear of rejection and failure. The world is a scary and uncertain place and it feel safer and more comfortable being in my male form. I like the left one better, I feel like the right one is off somehow and looks less healthy. The left one can almost pass as a very masculine robust woman. The right may pass better in profile. Its strange its almost like they've made her more feminine yet less attractive.

Honestly there are a lot of surgeons where it seems like they CAN do good work, but the risk is too great when there's a possibility that they'll just hand you off to an intern, or you'll just get unlucky regardless.

I guess I'm looking for a surgeon where that risk is as minimal as it can possibly be.
