I am looking for examples of everyday thoughts that are a consequence of internalized stigma. The things that you always notice but learned to live with.
I am an mtf and just looking to explore this part of psychology in myself. So i ask for your experiences

I think yes.
A clear example from my experience:
I have internalized gendered clothing, so even if people dont give a fuck or look at me, i think and feel like they actually do.

Avoiding looking at guys to not be called a fag (didn't work some of the time; my tranny ass was occasionally taken for gay).
