The current standard for vaginoplasty performed on male-bodied patients for just about any surgeon that does them is the penile inversion technique. Few use inverted scrotal tissue for the vaginal interior, and fewer still implement the colon tissue graft. The ideal would be a buccal cell transplant, but this technique is in its infancy; incredibly risky, expensive, and experimental.

It's unbelievably misleading that you talk about uterus transplants being available to male-bodied patients within 20 years, considering they've been done on less than ten female-bodied patients, typically for the express purpose of giving birth, and promptly removed afterwards. The procedure is exceedingly exclusive, and is unlikely to be common for any person, regardless of their sex at birth.

I get wanting to be optimistic, but be reasonable.
