The degree of semi-AGP a mtf may experience varies greatly. Usually it is nothing to be worried about. Many semi-AGPs are worried about their AGP, which causes a lot of stress. They literally refuse to use the psychological valve, e.g. masturbating while thinking of themselves as women etc., because they fear being true AGP, which they are not. That's why I put a lot of emphasis on this differentiation between true and semi-AGP. True AGPs are normally not aware of their condition because of their self-delusion, though there are exceptions, e.g. a post-OP hon, who is not ashamed of saying that they transitioned and left their wife and kids in order to live out their fetish.

Wanting or refusing SRS is not an indicator for both true or semi-AGP. It's an individual decision. There are some downsides and possible dangers, when it comes to SRS. Also not everyone is able to go through such a procedure mentally or physically.

The desire of having a vagina is an indicator, though.

Basically, in research about transsexuality, it's a well known fact that many trans will lie on self-reports for 2 reasons

1-Because AGP, being a sexual fetish related condition, may look too kinky, and AGPs may want to hide it, in order to appear more "politically correct" and show a more positive self-image. I had an hormonal problem that stopped my development cold turkey at 15. My puberty lasted just 2 years. Literally haven't grown or masculinised since then.
