i don't think neurological sex is the sole cause of dysphoria because there are trans people who do not have discordant neurological and natal sexes but still have discordant sex and gender
however, from the available evidence one can predict which neurological sex they have, and my traits (exclusively attracted to women, transitioned very young, extreme dysphoria, passed well pre-transition, gender-conforming as a man) align almost exclusively with those of trans men who are neurologically more male than female
