It would be a phyrric victory, have the states re-decide to go gay marriage again, and then it means nothing. So it's not realistically going to happen.

The sodomy laws are repealed, gay marriage is legal, legal bans are gone, why the fuck would you now demand people accept your paradigm when you just shook off theirs?
