Hey /lgbt/, I've been a lesbian my whole life and have never had any legitimate romantic feelings towards any guys (though I find some guys aesthetically attractive, I've never had the urge to date or fuck them). I've had tons of guy friends, tons of chances to date guys, but I've never felt interested.

However, I met this one guy about a month ago and we've become pretty good friends. We hang out a lot, text, Snapchat, etc. I know I have platonic feelings for him but I'm starting to be confused whether those feelings are just strong platonic feelings or if they're romantic feelings. Whenever he talks about people he's close to (including past girlfriends) I feel a tinge of jealousy. I don't know how to sort my emotions out and address them. Any advice?

To me it seems Most people are actually Bi. You could be like 90% gay.

I thought I was gay, but then fell super hard for this girl once and it took me by surprise.

My advice would be to not limit yourself, Lose the "lesbian" label and just do what feels right. Ride the wave and react however you want.

maybe you're actually bi with a general preference for girls, but just saying, im a lesbian who had a similar situation, my guy friend flirted with me all the time and i enjoyed it, started flirting back, eventually he asked me out and about 10 seconds into our date i was completely filled with regret, stopped it, felt lowkey like throwing up and can barely speak to him since. at least for me, flattery/people giving me attention and affection is one fucking Hell of a drug
