Actually, remove any kind of meat from your diet. Becoming a vegetarian and growing your hair out will help greatly. How feminine do you look already? Face pic, maybe?

Look up the /fit/ stuff to get a girly figure, buy cute, girlish clothes or, if you're skinny enough, thinner guy clothes that look too big for you. And there is no better advice than makeup. Contours are god. Also, look up transgender vocal training. You can get a relatively girly voice if you want one.

I'm not comfortable with my face on the Internet, call me paranoid. But I have a fairly masculine face. Sharp cheekbones, a manly jawline, and dark eyes, with constant stubble on my upper lip. It sucks, but I do use makeup/contouring to hide most of that.

I advise you to keep your hair long, really. A short haircut and a large jawline is obviously masculine, but long hair and a large jaw is probably what you're looking for. Overall I'd say you have a good chance.
