will jaw implants without screw fixation last a lifetime? detransitioning transwoman here.
my surgeon said he wont be able to do it with screws since too much of my mandible has been shaved and hes scared of hitting the nerve ugh.

nah but my sloped jaw looks weird, i want it straight. so its not like i want a huge jaw again like pre transition, just not curvy. consulted my dermatologist for fillers but he said it'd require too much and a jaw implant would be better.
