It might be possible via chemical alteration of the brain. Some mtf's say their sexually switched. Perhaps through specific SERMs and SARMs it's possible and since we're finding so many of those these days it's probably not far off. Sexuality can be fluid, I think. You can consider yourself for example a gay man but then one day boom, you just fall for a woman. Likewise you could be a considered straight man and one day you fall for men. I don't think such a big deal should be made out of it. If it happens it happens, whatever, you know?

From what I know there's no concrete enough scientific evidence that you're gay ever since or even before you exit the womb, HOWEVER, this is a two way street: there's no evidence you're born straight either, or bi, or whatever.

In my opinion what seems more likely to me is that you're born with disposition for ANY sexuality.

What makes a person gay, straight, whatever? I don't know, but do you know what I did realize? That it doesn't really matter that much, at least to me. Sometimes you don't need to explain why, it just is. If you don't need to explain why you're straight, why do I need to explain why I'm gay?
