Honestly depends on skeletal structure, genetics, etc. I've seen HRT do wonders for 40 year olds, and do nothing for 25 year olds

Yo, the psychosis isn't based in "logic," beyond personal sentiments.

Most desires are not "logical" on a fundamental level. Hormones bring you a lot closer to the way you want to look and feel. It's as simple as that. Yeah, I'll never be a cis woman, but I can be a girl. I have tits, I run on estrogen, my skin is smooth now, and I have WAYYYY less masculine features.

I'd rather be a natal female, but transitioning to an approximation is better than being completely off from what you'd want to be. Any question?
