I did that for 3 days, but only lost 1kg in the end. Most of your weight loss is just caused by your empty stomach, so it will rise quite a bit when you start eating again.
The first 3 days weren't a problem, but on the morning of the 4th day i was feeling really weak. Like maybe i could have gone further if i ate some soup, or vitamin pills, but i'm glad that i even managed to do 3 days without eating anything. (Now i'm getting fatter every day and can't even stop eating for half a day ;__;)

Oh and it's really nice not having to poop after everything is out.
