There's no perfect solution anon, I'm sorry. Implants are impractical for all the reasons you already know in addition to their costly maintenance. Did you know they need to be replaced often? Fat grafts don't but those can't go as big, which may be a plus in your situation. Binding them in boy mode is tricky but you have an advanatage in that you don't really to look after the healthy growth of them since they're artificial. You could bind as tightly as your lungs and ribs could take it I imagine. Hormones would let you grow tiny teenager like tits, very easy to hide for most people. They'd also soften your skin, etc all stuff I'm sure you're familiar with. But they'd totally mess with your head. Maybe ask hrt or femgen if theyve found an estrogen source that doesn't affect the mind so much?

As any FTM will tell you, binding is very uncomfortable, and it can cause nerve damage, reduced skin elasticity, respiratory problems, and even bone warping over a period of years. Don't get breasts if you're just planning on binding them every day. And as >>7169701 said, binding implants just isn't possible.

It's a SARM, a selective androgen antagonist. It has high binding affinity to androgen receptors, but low activity. Basically the counter to a SERM that does the same thing but to estrogen receptors.

It's sort of an "out of the box" way of thinking when it comes to hormonal therapies. All the hormones are still in you, they just can't bind to anything. Though technically since they can't bind inevitably your bodily response will basically begin to eliminate androgens entirely since your testicles will cease to function properly.

Kind of like how phytoestrogens are SERMS and have binding affinity to estrogen, but low transcriptase activity.

By being an agonist it is technically antiandrogenic in men just like how phytoestrogens by being agonists are antiestrogenic in females.
In women bica would be androgenic and phytoestrogens are sort of estrogenic.
