Sex should not be stressful. I'm guessing you have interpersonal difficulties related to intimacy anxiety, emotional dysfunction, something like that. Someone like you should avoid casual sex, try to get absolutely 100% comfortable with one person through emotional intimacy before moving to physical intimacy with that person, so you can have sex with them comfortably.
