I mean ti depends what type of HRT you're taking and how often you miss it. In theory taking one dose a day every now and again doesn't fuck with things too much. Morning:

Evening:

This came out to around 1800-1900 calories, which was a big deficit for me when i started. Also really cheap and i could cook food in advace for a couple of days. Although i have to admit, the fact that I don't have a lot of money and can't afford to buy an endless supply of different snacks and cookies and other bullshit kinda helped there.

If it wasn't in the greentext, I wouldn't eat it. Eventually you get into a habit and it's easy from there.
