Arisce used to bug me too.
But watching the show I have come to appreciate her bravado. She seems like she had a really difficult time and had to learn some hard lessons but has come out on the other side stronger and more confident. I liked that she was secure enough to not get a nose job even though it seems to be preventing her from getting some gigs. I like that she is willing to promote her mixed race heritage as beautiful when all the world is telling her it is not. That takes balls.
Ren, the cutie in black, is adorable and fuckable but really naive and somewhat broken. She lived in a van with her Dad for a year after he divorced her mom. I mean with a role model like that, I'm surprised he's not a stoned heroin addict.
The gorgeous blonde (forgot her name) is a dumb slut and I love her for it.

The most interesting story line is Laith Ashley (pic related) not shown in OP's pic who is a gorgeous transman who looks arabic but is in fact half hispanic. He is currently dating Arisce on the show.
