If you're on it already it probably did stuff for you too, it might help to compare old pics to new pics like I did above. Because the changes happen so slow that when I look in the mirror I don't notice anything different, I feel like I look basically the same as I did before I started.

I think I possibly also suffer from body dysmorphia too but that's been getting a lot better recently although I still have issues, maybe it could be the same problem for you. Dysmorphia means you're seeing your face/body as way worse than it actually is and exaggerating all the things you don't like in your head
