So basically the overall gist to start off is to practice holding different notes and ranging between your highest note and lowest note (but you want your lowest not to be 160hz not like 90 or 100) so you know what it feels like to hit them, and then working those notes into words and then finally being able to vary between those notes while talking

So holding notes for as long as you can, trying to hit 15 seconds in steps of 20hz was the first practice we did

We moved on to adding the stretches, saying the word knoll or whatever you want (I'm not your mom) and going from high to low and low to high

And then moving on to figuring out how you say your favorite phrases, and then replacing the words with umm but keeping the intonations
