For reference this is what my nose looks like right now. You can't really see it in the picture but I have a pretty significant deviated septum as well

I'm really interested in this as well.

I guess the most obvious answer would be to find a surgeon whose results don't look fake.

I know of a few, although many of them are obscenely expensive.

This is a pretty big point.

There are lots of people who've had something like a slight hump, who then opted to go through rhinoplasty.
Only to have bad side effects, to then go through failed revisions, and then end up having to pay extremely large sums to have nose reconstruction.

Noses are extremely prone to end up bad, and it's even outside of the surgeons skill, it heals randomly.

Yeah but if you minimize your masculine queues people will clock you less. Like, if your face looks good, your voice sounds good people will just say "oh, I guess she just has an unfortunate body shape" and move on.

Your nose looks fine. If you have a deviated septum then I guess get that addressed, but I don't know what that entails. Is it actually interfering with your breathing?

Your nose is neither masculine of feminine and I know a number of cis women who have similar noses. If you hate your nose just say so, but in your case it doesn't identify you one way or the other.

Honestly I've obsessed over my nose (mainly my side profile) being excessively masculine waaay before I figured out trans stuff.

Before I transitioned, I knew I was going to have it done if I passed or not.

Got lucky, decently passed.
Still felt uncomfortable by people reading my side profile.
Constant social anxiety

After surgery my front profile looks just like I remember, only a bit more slim.
Side profile looks like my old nose, only FEMALE now!

Interacting with people just the same, only more natural now. They confidently gender me female (some used to not gender at all)

The biggest difference is that I don't have the awful weight and anxiety of being read. It's the strangest feeling and
