I was considering either getting hip implants or a Brazilian butt lift. Which to you guys think is better to even out the hip to shoulder ratio. I'm 5"4' with 36 inch hips around and my shoulders are 15 inches across; not that it's too relevant since I kinda wanted to hear the pros and cons of each procedure. Help senpai!!!!

You can do a lot with your butt naturally by weight training.
