To reach full tanner stage 5 you want to start before 20, and to have a good chance to reach tanner 5 instead of stopping at tanner 5, you want to start at least around 16.

for your info, this is how cup sizes are determined

5" > underbust = A cup
6" > underbust = B cup
7" > underbust = C cup

A lot of people will claim this is "old measurement", but it isn't, they're just confused with how you decide the band size.

also, your understanding of bra measurements is inaccurate, you have to calculate the band size as being exactly the underbust without adding any numbers to it -- this means that what you think of as an A cup is likely much larger in true sizing, a true D isn't even that big
the 'subtract one cup size' method of estimation is inaccurate unless you're a prepubertal transitioner and even then we aren't sure
starting in your early 20s gives you a decent chance of tanner 4 and a slim chance of tanner 5
your nips will probably always be small for a girl though

You can usually still eat bananas, just don't go crazy with them. The no potassium on spiro thing applies to old people and people with bad kidneys. If you are young and healthy with good kidney function you can eat whatever you want within reason, just no potassium salt substitutes.
