As a Scandinavian, yes. My body's bone structure is completely fine, very thin (31" underbust despite being 6'0").

My face, on the other hand, was completely wrecked by puberty. There's some typical facial features that are quite common among Swedish men, and I have them all. My head is small for a male, but my forehead, chin, nose... all awful. At least my parents are paying for my FFS, or I'd be fucked.

I'm Slav and I think that it's a fairly androgynous collective of people. Idk about Black and Asian though, I think it's likely that they aren't really less dimorphic internally, just more "shifted" towards either end
