Dr. Deschamps-Braly told me at my consultation that the forehead and nose kind of go together, since moving/reshaping the forehead requires the nose to be messed with as well (or else a "shelf" is left where the forehead meets the nose). For this reason, I would wait to do both.

He's a competent surgeon, so it's not like he'll botch you or anything like that.

The problem is that he's way too conservative. I've seen so many results by people who went to him that barely look different than how they started. It seems like rather than transform a male face into a female face, he often transforms a male face into an effeminate male face. This is a common complaint about him.
