I really, really wish I could find a bigger version of this picture. It's from one of the original versions of this book that was printed years ago. It's got the best portrait of Gleed IMO.
On a side note, I've only read a few parts of his book so far, but I can guarantee it is by far the most British thing you will ever see put to print.
