I don't know. I just began liking men's clothes in my tweens. Suits, ties, lapel vests, hats, etc. They just looked cool. When I was 13 I brought a men's sweater but my parents never learned it wasn't from the woman's section.

I noticed that when I was admiring a girl on a magazine I wasn't actually about taking her clothes off but wearing them myself. I went to hot topic and got me a couple of girl clothes that I only wore underneath my normal clothes and slowly I started wearing female clothing more in the open

I started crossdressing when I was about 10. My mother would go out and I'd go through her stuff and put them on. I would get completely dressed, walk around the house and end up masturbating. Then I'd put her clothes back. I'm sure she noticed.

Continued as I got older but having roommates put a damper on it.

I don't know why I got started so young. No exposure to sex back then but my mother did tell me that when I was born she was hoping for a girl. And after I was born she actually dressed me in girls clothes.
