Well if that anon is still here, I just added Romanian deadlifts to my routine (and stomach vacuums because why not). Since yesterday was leg day I didn't use much weight (2x10 with 60kg and 2x8 with 70kg when my deadlift PR is 4 reps 110kg) but that'll change when I get the hang of it.

What's a good period of time to wait before a first and second date?
