We used to have a clearer picture of the specifics, but apparently co-repressor and co-expressors are a thing, so the users in the thread currently know nothing. Combining estradiol with raloxifene should not be dangerous, but it might not be effective for further feminzaiton than the SERM will get you, and care must be taken to ensure that the estradiol will not overtake the SERM. Going on estradiol and then adding SERMs when breasts start to happen is a thing, losing weight before starting estradiol and then gaining it back when on it might be useful for obtaining a female-typical fat distribution pattern. Also, always take a SERM, full estrogen, or both while on an antiandrogen (bicalutamide is an antiandrogen). A 5alpha-reductase inhibitor might also be useful while on antiandrogen to prevent it from backfiring.
