You can get most straight men into it. I ask my bf to try on my stuff as a 'joke' all the time and get to see how ridiculous and stretched it will look on him, I can tell it excites him. I'm a crossdresser and I've gotten in contact with people interested in that, rare as you folks may be, so I can explain this from the opposite side. The likelihood is pretty high, but you have to be active about it. People like me require you to actively inform them of your approval beforehand, or in some cases actively remove their responsibility for it. It's not considered really unusual for a lady to gently encourage a boy to dress up in her things, socially speaking. Look for anyone with long-enough hair and soft enough skin that they look like they're not particularly attached to their masculine appearance and then just shotgun skirt offers at them and you're going to get what you're after with not much downside.

Why not try talking to people online or going to a munch? The former is very low risk if you have good judgement and no one will give a shit about your fetishes in the latter. It's really not a very weird fetish, though I understand if you're in a more conservative area or a macho profession it could cause grief.
