Well I've tried dating girls and guys pre and post transition, and at this point I'm leaning more towards IDing as a lesbian, just because that seems to the only kind of relationship that appeals to me at this point.

But I definately wasn't "a fetishist" or anything like that, most of the reason I like girls is because I have always hung out with them (pre-trans everyone thought I was gay, if not just thinking I was already transitioning, as I was pretty androgynous even back then), and hanging out with girls has helped me to realize that I like them a lot. Most of the people I end up friends with are cis lesbians, in my experience even at school the other trans girls (including the ""transbians"" that are all dating eachother in some poly-spiral) haven't really wanted anything to do with me. That being said, I'm not sure anyone realizes I'm trans... Things could get awkward if I ever end up pursuing a relationship.

Regardless, I'm about as """"trutrans""" as you can get, I transitioned before finishing puberty, I experienced dysphoria even before puberty, I insisted I wasn't a guy from a young age, etc. I don't have any interest in fetishy stuff, I never crossdressed for sexual pleasure, and I don't even like porn. I've also never used my penis for penetration or whatever, and don't have a desire to.

It's likely that sexual orientation and gender are represented differently by brain structure and that the problems that result in a male having a more feminine brain structure (Pre-HRT) likely have less to do with sexual orientation, or have a much wider proportion of bi/female attracted orientations due to the fact their brains still possess some artifacts of male ancestry.
