Actually much more than just your liver. You're fucking with your endocrine system in many ways, on top of your circulatory system. These effects accumulate with time. Enough time on spiro eventually made me start having heart palpitations from it lowering my blood pressure. All of it is cumulative.
On top of this spiro can hinder breast growth in some aspects, and breast growth is also not as good on AAs vs on orchi and many people report having boosts after having one.
