hip implants can be placed to balance out and make your shape more pear, shoulder reduction is not currently a thing but is more accessible than you think it is -- it is at least theoretically possible, go through med school your own damn self to become a cosmetic orthopedic surgeon and do shoulder and (if possible, please be possible) hip reduction surgeries
waist training is also very possible and recommended

i haven't in-depth researched either reduction topic because finding information is surprisingly hard and people default to 'NO U DON'T NEED SURGERY JUST LOVE UR BODY AS IT IS', but reducing shoulder bone width sounds realistic to me though it would be a slight reduction at best. it would be a complex surgery, but a doable one with current technology. i'm uncertain about hip reduction and it would be even more complex but i hope
