Do you think all of the current tech just sprung out of nowhere? Do you think that we are not further ahead from where we started? Do you think that all of the people researching exactly this don't intend to profit from it?
But even ignoring all of that 3D printing organs, man-machine interfaces and cybernetics are all already at initially functional stages and are being researched for a variety of applicaitons. There is no reason to think that you alone shall be excluded.
