It's scary because ME/CFS can make a person bedridden and even cause death. Post Exertional Malaise is a better name for it. It is a failure of the aerobic energy production system to produce enough energy (ATP) for normal activities. I'm unfortunately at the point where I can't even do a normal day's work. I can maybe work an hour or so a day, then sit at the computer or sleep for the rest of the day. That work includes fixing food, housework, etc.. Of course if one over extends one's self, it is possible to damage aerobic ATP production more and have a lower capacity after.

All I really have to say is that based on the timelines I've seen for HRT, I seem to be getting breast growth starting much sooner (just started month 2) than is typical. Dunno if I should worry or if it's a sign of what to expect or what.

Keep up your food intake. You need energy and supplies to build those boobs, and the thin fat layer that is also forming.

if you have to much muscle, lack of exercise will help reduce it. Also when on caloric restriction, muscle is converted to energy before fat is.

Got it, I have been stocking up on a bit more food and a bit more energy dense food to get the higher intake I suspected I'd need, wasn't sure if there was anything specific I was missing or should do as well.

Did any of you trans girls have symptoms of Body Dysmorphia Disorder?

I remember absolutely loathing my appearance for years and even had to see a therapist about it because it was affecting me so badly, but eventually I realized I was trans and started taking hormones and now I feel so much more comfortable in my appearance, only occasionally getting sad at it.

Was my body dysmorphia actually unrealized gender dysphoria?

I don't know. What I noticed of it was a modern hospital room, and my arm was emaciated, almost skeletal. I've never been that thin in the past. K looked older than she does now.

One doc who treats both AIDS patients and ME/CFS patients says he'd rather have AIDS. It's far less debilitating except in it's last few weeks. A ME/CFS patient may go years or decades in a bedridden state, and there is no known cure other than rest.

I wasn't sure where else to ask this but I figured here would be a safe bet. I'm still boymode for a little bit longer while I get electro and fix my voice. There's a chick whose been fairly open about wanting to fuck me. And I'm pretty okay with that.

My only concern being the fact that I'm a transexual. Like a year on hrt. I'm androgynous in guy clothes which makes me think she'd likely be okay with things. To be attracted to me when I'm this andro is a good sign, right?

How do I bring this up casually without freaking her out? What's the most polite way of asking "ey baby, do you like shemales"?

Hello! Semi-irregular check-in. Things are going well for me, just passed my 6 month relationship point and am now living with them.

Bobs are still progressing steadily, had my first dental surgery which was fairly painful, and seriously thinking about my options for real surgeries and my requirements. Going next week to my regular specialist and going to find out if they know what the requirements are to get it covered with my medical insurance, and really helping they can help walk me through that.

Social life still continuing to flower, got invited and taken paddle-boarding by a couple of women who wanted another to go with them, so I donned my bikini and waggled my ass out there and got social. Actually got to the beach a fair bit this year, becoming far less awkward for me in general.
