Yeah, Thailand surgeries (for example Suporn, Chettawut) require you to not go for an orchi. I believe you could still do that, but then surgeon will have to take skin from your belly or somewhere else.

What about the scrotum makes it need to be intact for srs? I thought it was just the penis turned inside out basically.

Is there any way to remove the balls without fucking up the scrotum? I want to get an orchi asap like next few months if possible but idgaf about the penis any time soon since the balls are my problem (big balls small dick)

Thailand has some of the best and most experienced SRS surgeons in the world.

Some SRS techniques use the scrotum to construct most of the vagina. They need to get the skin from somewhere and scrotum works very well apparently.

I think that if you get an inguinal orchi and then continue stretching the scrotum (literally pulling on it so it doesn't atrophy and shrink) most surgeons can work with that. Really what you should do is figure out which surgeons you are interested in going to and find out or contact them and be sure if an orchi would complicate their method.

the thai sugeons do not perform penile inversion surgery, they use the scrotchal tissue to form the interior of the vagina and the penis skin to form the labia IIRC.

I remember a post about how a person who had an orchi would use lube and rub their penis kind of into their scrotum and they say it feels very good. You also will still have your prostate so rubbing in that general area down there will still feel good.
