my nose is fucked up, i've broken it at least 5 times and it didn't get set right the last time. it's really painful, so i'm getting it fixed regardless of the aesthetic.

my cheeks are still pretty sunken too. i had a medical emergency about a year ago, where i lost 23lbs @ 120lbs in just over a week. i'm up to 135 and fully recovered, but my face is still catching up. i'm a cardio athlete, and it took me a while to figure out that i need to be taking it easy while my face regains fat deposits.

just hoping the wonders of modern science can one day have me looking half decent... :/

thanks, a lot of that reaffirms what i see in myself, which helps me decipher when i'm being realistic vs overly dysphoric.

a lot of that's just "wear makeup" ex: you wouldn't notice my long midface or brow ridge with foundation, and i actually have eyelashes most of them are just transparent. so they're fine with mascara.

despite that, i still think it's worth my time to fix the brow ridge and i agree i have to do something about my nose. mostly because fixing my brow will make my eyes less severely hooded. maybe one day i'll be able to do more than 1 or 2 eye makeup looks without smudging it in an hour.

i think gaining weight and getting my cheeks back will help distract from my long midface, i don't think it's quite bad enough to need filler.

Not her but like you just grow your hair and use a lot of products in it.

Like get a decent quality shampoo, conditioner, and treatment, and leave the latter two in for a few minutes (up to 10 mins each if u have the luxury of time etc. to do so) And then blowdry your hair after getting out of the shower. And optionally you can use some kind of spray or oil or leave in conditioner or something along those lines afterwards.

That's what I do and it makes a pretty big difference compared to if I just use shampoo and conditioner for like 30 seconds and then rinse and let it air dry.
