hey, femboy/future transwoman here. looking for advice on how to make my butt more ~shapely~. it's kinda flat and not very bubbly.

i'm aware that squatting is a good way, but i don't know what routine i should be doing. anyone have good routines i can start? very clueless when it comes to this stuff.

Your glutes are composed of three major muscle groups: the gluteus maximus, minimus and medius. It's best to hit all three for optimal ass.

Squatz and deadlifts are good, but I've discovered that doing those two alone aren't giving me the results I want. I'm going to add glute bridges and weighted kickbacks and see if that works. Hip abductor machines are also useful and are about the only machines I use in the gym aside from the cables. They work the upper thighs/hip/side of your ass which makes everything look fuller and nicer. At least in my experience anyway.

I do kickback machine and abductor machine. I don't do deadlifts or squats cause they work your back muscles too nuch. And Mtf need to have as small back and shoulder muscles as possible
